    Position Responsibilities
    Responsibilities will be to recruit for operations and administrative positions for our Norristown, PA office and provide recruiting assistance to multiple satellite locations. The person we hire will also assist in developing recruiting best practices with internal clients. There will also be needs in transitioning and helping to install and manage new recruiting software. The ideal candidate will also represent our company in the local recruiting market. This position will report to the VP of HR.

    Required Experience and Skills
    The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in the following areas:
    • Proven and successful recruiting experience; including mid-level management and technical recruiting
    • Three years experience with advanced recruiting software and Microsoft Office
    • Full cycle recruiting experience: working with internal clients and Hiring Managers to manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offers in addition to candidate correspondence and follow up, etc.
    • Experience utilizing internet job boards and resume databases
    • Create, maintain, and prepare metrics reporting for recruitment, staffing, and internal talent reallocation
    • Staffing agency/vendor management including recruitment outsourcing resources as needed
    • Experience identifying and evaluating a diverse candidate pool in a high volume and fast growth business
    • Excellent recruiting skills and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis
    • Excellent communications, PC and organizational skills
    • Team player who is flexible and enjoys multiple levels of staffing and recruitment

    Sr. Analyst Benefits/HRMS

    The Health Care Partnership (THCP) operates a fully outsourced health and welfare benefits program at several client locations in Texas. Our successful program includes a number of administrative features designed to improve overall financial performance of a comprehensive health and wellness program while improving efficiency and service delivery. THCP utilizes best in class vendors to provide a fully automated web-based enrollment, a centralized call center and comprehensive employee communications designed to improve employee knowledge and decision making. Our program also features the tracking and recording of employee absences to manage the overall leaves administration activities.

    THCP is seeking a Sr Analyst Benefits/HRMS for our Dallas based client that will:

    · Serve as the Benefits Department’s HRMS Functional analyst linking the client and outsourced record keeper

    · Have end-to-end operational responsibilities for the data creation, receipt and exchange between the client and outside vendors

    · Work closely with client HRMS/IT personnel to ensure data is loaded and utilized as intended

    · Reconcile premiums, invoices and internal/external accounts

    The ideal candidate will have

    · Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field

    · At least 6 years of benefits related or HRMS experience

    · A strong understanding of HRMS systems, preferably Oracle

    · Experience in self service and web service offerings is desirable
